UK Delivery

Mail order only. No collections or visits.  Wafuku is an online store only and offers mail order only. It is run from my home, so customers cannot visit to view, try on or collect items. My stock is all packed in large boxes and not on display or on shelves for customers to see in a shop setting.

Please do not request pick up or visits, as I will have to decline your request.

I combine multiple items that are purchased in a single order into one package, where possible (dependent on total size and weight). Larger, heavier items such as long umbrellas, heavy uchikake kimonos etc, will be sent by courier instead of Royal Mail. Royal Mail has a weight and size limit and ParcelForce are appallingly unreliable and criminally expensive, so I try to avoid using ParcelForce for the items Royal Mail won't handle. NOTE, however, that most courier companies tend to be somewhat slower than Royal Mail at delivering, so be patient but let me know if your package has not arrived 7 days after its shipping date and I will try to track it down.

Normally all packages are sent by Tracked and Signed mail, where available. Sent by Royal Mail if possible, with some bulky or heavy items sent by courier.

Delivery times:

Usually my packages arrive within 6 days of purchase but it may take longer, so please be patient.

Please allow 14 days for delivery within UK (email me if not arrived within 7 days and I can check the tracking number).

You will usually receive your purchases much faster than the times given above (about 4-5 days within UK is usual, as I do try to post quickly) but do be prepared to allow the full time stated

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NO LONGER AVAILABLE

**PLEASE NOTE**

Since 31 December 2020 I no longer sell to addresses outside the UK. This is due to Brexit's new, horrendously complicated nightmare of requirements for sending items overseas. It is just too complicated for the few sales I make overseas, so I am very sad to have to cease sending packages to any address outside the UK. I am so sorry about this.
