**Note that there is a 5% charge deducted from payments refunded for returned goods, as I am charged a non-refundable fee by PayPal and Stripe, the two companies that handle all the customer payments, for each payment they accept on my behalf. If the buyer is refunded, those companies still keep that fee, so it is deducted from your refund. Also be aware that no postage can be refunded, only the item price, minus 5%, is refunded for returns.**
I must be notified of returns no more than 14 days after tracked delivery date, once I have been notified, you have a maximum 14 days after notification date for your return to reach me. This time is non-negotiable.
You must send the item with the item's original packaging included (not the postal bag it was sent in). The item must be unused and in exactly the condition in which it was sent to you (I check items before posting them). Returned items will be thoroughly inspected before any refund is made and returns will be rejected if the item appears to have been used or if it has picked up any smell (e.g. fragrance, smoke etc.), animal hairs or has any marks or damage of any kind, including excessive creasing, so check it first and package it carefully. If rejected, the customer will then have to pay postage to have the package sent back to them or they will not get it back.

NOTE** Any returned item not in the exact condition it was sent & received in, or returning after the allowed time (see above) will NOT be refunded and will only be sent back to the customer once they pay postage to receive it back, so be sure to get it to me in time if making a return and be sure it is in the condition in which it was received.

Please also include a note in your package, with your name, address and your reason for the return.

****NOTIFY me at wafukureturns@gmail.com, BEFORE mailing returns, do it no more than 14 days from the day you received them by tracked mail, to let me know about the return and the reason for return, then send your return package to arrive no more than 14 days after you notified me about the return (using tracked mail lets you see when I receive your return).

RETURN ADDRESS - email me about your return and, if it is within the 14 day return notification time limit (your tracking number will show the delivery date on the Royal Mail website), I will send you the return address (which will also be on your package's postal label). Do not send before emailing notification nor after the allowed time (see above).

I advise sending by Tracked & Signed mail or at least Tracked mail, as I am not liable for any returned item lost in the post or arriving too late, so you need to be able to track your package. Special delivery is expensive and not really required, you can send using that but tracked standard mail should suffice. Evidence of posting does not make me liable, as it does not mean it was received, but it may perhaps help you put in a lost package claim with the Royal Mail if it does go astray. Be aware that without taking out postal insurance to the value of the package contents, the Post Office may not refund the full value if you have paid for the item you are returning but it is up to you if you choose to pay the extra postage cost for insurance or take the very small risk of lost mail instead. No postage can be refunded when an item is returned, as the Post Office will not refund me.

Refunds for returns will be made within a maximum 21 days of me receiving the return and it clearing inspection, although I usually refund very much faster than that.

Most items on this site are vintage items and all items are cleaned at buyer's own risk, as is standard with all vintage goods, so I won't accept returns that have been damaged by your chosen form of cleaning. A few items will come with cleaning instructions on an attached label but most come with no instructions and while I may give cleaning guidelines, bear in mind that they are only guidelines; so safe cleaning method choice is always the decision of the buyer and at done their own risk.

RETURN ADDRESS - return ONLY if it is within the above time limits (your tracking number will access the delivery date on the Royal Mail website). Email me notification about your return and, if it is within the 14 day time limit for contacting me about your return, I will send you the return address.
