NEW - You can now create a Wishlist, just click the heart beside the 'Add To Cart' button on any product's page to add that item to your personal Wishlist. The first time you do it you will need to register with an email address, so that the site can save your Wishlist for you, then you can log in on future visits and get to your Wishlist. I can only mail to UK addresses because of Brexit's horrendously complex nightmare of requirements for sending items overseas. It is just way too complicated a procedure for the very few sales I make overseas, so I am extremely sad to have to cease sending packages to any address outside the UK. I am so, so sorry about this.
RETURNS
Read ALL Of This Carefully Before Returning An Item.
**Note that there is a 5% charge deducted from payments refunded for returned goods, as I am charged a non-refundable fee by PayPal and Stripe, the two companies that handle all the customer payments, for each payment they accept on my behalf. If the buyer is refunded, those companies still keep that fee, so it is deducted from your refund. Also be aware that no postage can be refunded, only the item price, minus 5%, is refunded for returns.**
Returned items must be received by me by no more than 14 days after purchase. This time is non-negotiable.
You must send the item with the item's original packaging included (not the postal bag it was sent in). The item must be unused and in exactly the condition in which it was sent to you (I check items before posting them). Returned items will be thoroughly inspected before any refund is made and returns will be rejected if the item appears to have been used or if it has picked up any smell (e.g. fragrance, smoke etc.), animal hairs or has any marks or damage of any kind, including excessive creasing, so check it first and package it carefully. If rejected, the customer will then have to pay postage to have the package sent back to them.
After 14 days since the customer received the item, no return will be accepted and no refund will be given.
NOTE** Any returned item not in the exact condition it was sent or received after 14 days will NOT be refunded and will only be sent back to the customer once they pay postage to receive it back, so be sure to get it to me in time if making a return and be sure it is in the condition in which it was received.
Please also include a note with your reason for the return.
Send returns to the address on Contact page. I advise sending by Tracked & Signed mail, as I am not liable for any returned item lost in the post, so you need to be able to track your package. Evidence of posting does not make me liable, as it does not mean it was received, but it may perhaps help you put in a lost package claim with the Royal Mail if it does go astray. I also advise taking out postal insurance to the value of the package contents, as the Post Office will only refund the full value if you have paid for enough insurance to cover whatever the value is.
Refunds for returns will be made within a maximum 21 days of me receiving the return and it clearing inspection, although usually very much faster than that.
Most items on this site are vintage items and all items are cleaned at buyer's own risk, as is standard with all vintage goods, so I won't accept returns that have been damaged by your chosen form of cleaning. A few items will come with cleaning instructions on an attached label but most come with no instructions and while I may give cleaning guidelines, bear in mind that they are only guidelines; so safe cleaning method choice is always the decision of the buyer and at done their own risk.
