Vases of colourful flowers amongst flowing, blue tabane noshi. Tabane noshi are decorative strips in bundles. Originally they were strips of abalone but nowadays they can be anything, such as pretty paper, ribbons etc. They are a popular Japanese motif.
This silk furisode kimono will have cost many thousands of pounds when new. As a vintage one, in exquisite condition,  it costs a small fraction of its original price.

May have shitsuke-ito stitching around the edge; shitsuke-ito is loose, temporary stitching that the Japanese put in to keep edges neat during storage, it just gets pulled out before wearing. These are often a sign that the garment has never been used

Think of it like a skirt and blouse, you can't wear either on its own, you buy them separately and mix and match
