A stunning black silk haori, with long stemmed flowers. It has one embroidered mon (crest) on the back. The mon is paulownia.

May have shitsuke (large, loose, white stitches) around the edges. The Japanese put these in to keep the edges neat during storage; they just get pulled out before wearing

You can wear lined haoris inside out, as they are so exquisitely made that all the seams are hidden both inside and out, and this lining would look fabulous worn on the outside.
