A wonderful, very large Shinto banner with sumptuous, raised golden embroidery
I believe text on it says Gosairei, which is a festival cum ritual of Shinto shrines and the like. It also has a place name, "Three Paddy Town". It will have been held aloft during a procession. I'm afraid that is all I know.
