ALL OVERSEAS BUYERS MUST PURCHASE Mail insurance IN ADDITION TO THEIR ITEM PURCHASES, IT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ADDRESSES OUTSIDE UK and can be purchased on the Mail Insurance page. Only one insurance payment is required per 2 kilo package, so it may be possible to send more than one item in the package but with only one insurance fee required for all items in the package. You will find full details about adding insurance on the Payment page. Items will NOT be mailed overseas if an insurance has not been purchased. Postal insurance is optional for UK addresses but insurance for lost packages is limited to a maximum of £36 per package without insurance being purchased.

Delivery times. Please allow 10 days for delivery within UK, 14 days for delivery within EU countries and 16 days for delivery throughout the rest of the world. You will usually receive your purchases much faster than that (about 3-4 days within uk is usual, as I do try to post quickly) but do allow the full time stated.

If buying multiple items, you may request combined shipping/postage. I can combine items in one package as long as it weighs under 2 kilos, including packaging. Sometimes, if a particularly bulky item is included, the combined size may require items to be sent in separate packages. For combined shipping, send your order by email, instead of purchasing via the site's shopping cart, as the cart cannot calculate total weight and reduce postage costs. Send the codes (e.g #wk4) of the items you want to buy, along with your delivery address, and I will then send you an invoice, via which you can make your payment at Paypal. Be sure to remember to add your address, so I know whether to put UK, EU or US/Rest of World shipping on your invoice.

NOTE* Postal Insurance: Postage prices do not include postal insurance, which can be purchased separately on the Mail Insurance page (see site menu on the left). For UK addresses it is optional but, without it, each package, regardless of the number or the value of its contents, is covered for a maximum of £36, including postage costs. For higher coverage, you must purchase postal insurance. Overseas deliveries are uninsured, so overseas destinations require the purchase of postal insurance and will not be sent without it. If your items need to be sent in more than one package (each package must be under 2 kilos) remember that one insurance payment covers only one package.
Royal Mail insurance does add to the cost of postage, so I do not like to force people to pay for it for UK destinations, I prefer to allow customers to choose if they want it. With or without insurance, all UK mail is sent by recorded delivery, so I can check when an item is delivered. (See the site's Mail Insurance page for insurance prices).

I do not add it to the postage prices of each of the items because one insurance payment may cover more than one item if they can be sent in the same package. One insurance payment required for each package, each package must be less than 2 kilos in total. Email to check if multiple items can be sent in one package if you are unsure.
Without this additional insurance, UK destination packages by standard mail are covered for a maximum of £36.

Monday to Friday Next Day Delivery (UK only) For most delivery address is within the UK, you can opt for Monday to Friday Next Day Delivery by purchasing it on the ~Mail Insurance page. Monday to Friday Next Day Delivery fee is in addition to the postage costs. Below you can see the Post Office price list for Monday to Friday Next Day Delivery (Note* Saturday Next Day Delivery also available on the ~Mail Insurance page but it has a higher fee than Monday to Friday Next Day Delivery).

Notice in the charts below that a few areas of the UK only offer 2 or 3 day delivery and not nest day.

Important: Wafuku is an online store only and purely mail order. I run it from my home and my stock is all packed in large, stacked boxes, so is not on display and is not convenient to look out for people to visit and view. Because it is my home and not shop premises, customers cannot come to view, try on or collect items. Think of it like Amazon.co.uk; there is no visiting their shop, no collection of purchases, it is only mail order.
