University of Glasgow, Japanese Society Japanese society based in Glasgow University. The Japanese Society at the University of Glasgow was set up in 1997. It runs regular events such as the Sushi party, Movie nights, Pub nights and Cultural events. It is open to Japanese and non-Japanese with the hope that though our events and meeting new people, this Society will help you to understand better Japanese culture.
